For ING we have expanded the Local Heroes campaign to a retail campaign. ING wants to position itself as a bank for (small) retailers and give them a helping hand in these difficult times. In addition, ING is also looking for opportunities to emphasize their own local network. In order to build a good relationship with these retailers and to get various business propositions in the spotlight.
